Reiki 1 will teach you the foundations of the Reiki practice. In this class you will learn the hand positions, technique, history, and principles of Reiki. Reiki 1 will teach you how to feel energy and enter into a state of Heightened awareness. You will begin to practice feeling your own energy and the energy of others. In this class you will spend a significant amount of time giving and receiving Reiki. This will allow you to practice the Reiki techniques while also experiencing the energy of different people. When you leave this class, you will be comfortable with the Reiki practice and have the skills to give Reiki to yourself and others.

Reiki 2 will review the basic techniques taught in Reiki 1 and build further upon this knowledge. In Reiki 2, you will learn new hand positions, symbols, and how to send distance Reiki. In Reiki 1, the focus is on learning the techniques of Reiki; in Reiki 2, you will take a deeper step as the emphasis is on the awareness and mindset of the individual giving Reiki. The primary focus of Reiki 2 is listening, sensing, feeling, and experiencing energy. Reiki 1 teaches you the hand positions and movement necessary to practice Reiki, while Reiki 2 teaches you to pay attention to the energy which is beneath the hand positions themselves.

Tuition: $150.00 must be paid in advance to hold your seat due to class size.
Classe Dates: May 27th & 28th, October 28th & 28th in Stevensville.
Class Times: 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. with a one hour lunch break
Preparation: Review your Reiki I material for the Reiki 2 class, be kind to yourself, eat healthy foods, drink quality water, exercise and get plenty of rest. Bring your Reiki 1 manual to the Reiki 2 class.
Tuition is Non-Refundable. Tuition may be transferred to future classes within one year.
